HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

ZepCliq allows users to sign in using Google and Facebook.
If you want your personal data deleted from ZepCliq, you can request deletion using one of the methods below.

OPTION 1: EMAIL REQUEST

Send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request – ZepCliq

Please include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Email address used to sign in
  3. Login method used (Google or Facebook)

We will process and delete your data within 30 days, in compliance with Google and Meta policies.

OPTION 2: FACEBOOK APP SETTINGS

You may also delete your data directly from Facebook:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
  3. Find ZepCliq
  4. Click Remove
  5. Select Delete all data associated with ZepCliq

DATA THAT WILL BE DELETED

Upon request, we delete:

  1. Name and email address
  2. Social login identifiers
  3. Account and authentication data
  4. Any stored preferences linked to your account
