Welcome to ZepCliq (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of products ordered through our e-commerce website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 0-2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.


SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES

After customer places the order, it usually gets delivered to the customer within following timelines.

  1. Delhi NCR Orders: Same Day - 2 days
  2. Regional & National Orders: 3 - 7 Days 

Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as courier partner processing time or unforeseen circumstances. 

 

COURIER PARTNERS

We use trusted carriers like Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees to ensure safe delivery.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to most regions across India. However, a few pin codes may not be serviceable due to the limited reach of our courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our customer care team will inform you, cancel your order, and issue a full refund.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with a tracking link via Email/SMS.

You can track your order status directly on the courier partner's portal.

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process.  Customers must include mobile number, which can be used by delivery agent for delivering their order to them.

We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply for shipping information corrections.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier partner confirms delivery. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
