We want you to be happy with your ZepCliq purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
RETURN / EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
You have 5 Days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags and accessories intact.
Non-returnable / exchangeable items: Perishable goods, personal hygiene products and custom-made items.
HOW TO INITIATE RETURN
Contact Us with your Order ID and reason for return.
Our team will approve the request within 24 hours (excluding holidays) and arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or guide you on how to self-ship.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2-3 days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of rejection, the company may return the same product to the customer upon customer's request and payment of the applicable shipping charges.
Approved Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or UPI/Bank Transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 Business Days.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Defective/Wrong Product: We bear the full cost of return shipping.
Change of Mind: If you are returning for personal preference, a 15% restocking fee on the MRP of the item being returned will be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCHANGES
In case you wish to exchange the delivered item, we encourage you to return it and place the fresh order for the desired item.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
